Dear ZENN Enthusiast, Recently,
EEStor made an announcement regarding their progress towards
commercialization. This is exciting news and a significant step
towards them delivering the “better battery” that the world has been
waiting for. Richard Weir, founder of EEStor discussed the
scientific significance of this announcement in an interview with
Cleantech.com and with Tyler Hamilton, writing for the MIT Technology
Review (for links to these articles, please see the ‘Interesting Reads’
section below.) "It certainly allows us to meet present
specifications and major advances in energy storage in the future," Mr.
Weir said in the Cleantech.com interview. "It'll meet the voltage, we
say that, it'll meet the polarization, saturation, we say that." Independent
third-party confirmation that EEStor’s technology will meet the voltage
breakdown, polarization and saturation requirements for a ZENN
Electrical Energy Storage Unit is a crucial step towards the
commercialization of the technology. Essentially, the anticipated
completion of the upcoming permittivity milestone would not be possible
without these elements in place and, as EEStor’s first customer; we are
pleased with their focused approach to commercialization and look
forward to updating our investors with relevant news as appropriate. Coincidentally,
ZENN Motor Company was recently featured in an article in the Financial
Post. In addition, Paul Mesburis, manager at Mavrix Fund
Management, selected ZMC as one of his 3 choices to ‘buy.’ All the Best, Ian Clifford.
